Attached is a photo of this are warbler seen today along Chestnut Ridge on
property owned by Long Branch Environmental Ed. Ctr. at the end of Boyd Road in
Buncombe Co. As you may know this bird is a hybrid between a Golden-winged and
Blue-winged Warblers. Note black eye-line and white underparts unlike the
Golden-winged. A very nice bird, thanks to Clifton Avery for bringing this
bird and location to our attention on May 19 in an email post.
