Virginia switched with us so Indiana no longer needs to swap bands. Thanks
Sergio!

Hi Amy,
I thought I had swapped out the IN combos this time around with Ontario Wild.
If you wanted to send me what you used, I can make that change.

Amy

Is it possible for Indiana to get different left leg combos than what was
assigned last year? Maybe we could swap 40 combos with someone else in Region
1, so we have a little more originality in back-to-back years?

Hi,
Please find attached the final band assignments for this year.

The scheme will remain largely the same in previous years.

I have made the changes that folks requested but PLEASE CHECK.

There is one new element - there is a new column labelled 'potential
duplication'. These are simply the combinations that Chris Hill may use. I've
also assigned all the "GY" year colour to him. He may also use black and pink
bands, which we don't have in this scheme but, for resightings, should keep in
mind.

Hazel and I will be looking at what happens if we 'retire' combinations, or at
least commonly used combinations and 'play it ahead'. If we can retire
combinations without leaving only more-likely-to-be-confusing-in-the
field-combinations, we should consider it.

We will also now implement a change of year end to September/October. Could you
please fill out the poll at this link to indicate your preference of Sept 1,
Sept 15, Oct 1, or Oct 15.

Hazel - over to you to work your magic.

Again, PLEASE check your combinations! Here's hoping there are no errors etc!

Let me know if you have questions.

Thanks,
Amy
