Hi,
Thanks to all for the discussion and input last week regarding how best to move
ahead with an annual meeting of sorts. Special thanks to those who were
scheduled to lead a portion of the discussion and their patience with me and
endless questions!
As we agreed last week, we'll meet by video/teleconference this week, on
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. The items of discussion will include
PVA/PHVA/FAC, delineating natural populations and field work updates. For
fieldwork updates, please review the information that Sergio circulated
previously today. Sergio - if you don't mind, I've provided a short window of
time simply for questions, rather than a presentation. I thought it was
important for us to review the information prior to discussion of delineating
natural populations as it would help in moving ahead asap in determining where
additional field work was needed, if indeed it is (trying to stay optimistic
here!).
You'll see in the agenda attached (and which I've cut and pasted below), that
I've included a summary of the additional discussion items that we won't get to
this week. I'd like to suggest that we tackle these one at a time, over a
series of further video/teleconference meetings, all of which we do via Zoom,
and again have recorded for others to review as needed. I've put these in order
of priority, based on your feedback. I've left a short window of time for us to
discuss scheduling at the end of Wednesday's call.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
Amy
