Hi Amy,

I don’t know whether there will be time on the call, but at some point in
the very near future I would love to have a discussion to nail down the
data requirements for the PVA, in relation to what data are best for us to
collect this upcoming field season (which begins in April here in VA).  I’m
not clear on whether we should be setting specific data collection targets,
or if the model will simply incorporate any data that we are able to
provide.  It would also be great to know whether historic data can be
incorporated into the model (we have data from the 1980s for VA), or
whether the model will be focused on data collected within a defined,
contemporary time period.

If there is no time on the call to address all of this, it could be done
via e-mail – perhaps a one or two pager providing a hierarchy or
prioritization of data needs could be distributed, so that we could work
toward specific goals within our state based on our capacity?  The
prioritization could range from minimum baseline data needed per state to
‘would be great to have’ – any information on minimum sample sizes (# of
pairs monitored) would also be great.

Hi,

It appears that folks are OK with moving our March call to March 16th.
While I’ve not heard from everyone, those I have heard from prefer this
option. So, I’ve changed the meeting details – call in information below.
