[eloshwg] Final agenda and call in details for next week's meeting

Hi,
The final agenda for our meeting is attached, with call in details for those 
attending by Zoom. The agenda remains largely the same as the one circulated 
originally, with some clarification for the afternoon of the first day. 
There is one 'caveat' - we'll take as much time as Phil needs to complete 
the work on the threat assessment. If we find we have extra time, I've noted 
discussion items for Monday afternoon. If we don't have time, we can cover 
these in the next monthly call.

Joe will be sending some additional information about the meeting to folks 
in a separate email.
