Spoke to Guy and Karen from Chester Road about an hour ago, they were walking
their dogs. they said that they had Thames Water vans on Chester road
yesterday, sitting there for ages, then at about midnight they got out and
started looking into inspection covers on the road..... strange.

Does anyone know why Thames Water vans have started appearing what seems like
every evening/night. One left its engine idling for ages earlier. Just
noticed there are now two parked in the middle of the road at 11.30pm.
