Cliff - The easiest way to get a lock off is to drill through the barrel,
but you need a good metal drill. Failing that, as you say, it's
bolt-croppers. You'll be amazed at how long you can hack away at a lock
without anyone approaching you :-/
Sue - What make and type is it? Is it a D-Lock? If it's an Abus lock, for
example, they sometimes provide spare keys at a cost.

Hi Sue,
How thick is the lock/chain? i might be able to bolt crop it tomorrow, but
will need to see it first.

Morning all
So I lost my keys last week including the lock for my bike which is still
at Blackhorse Road!
Does anyone know how to remove a bike lock without the Key?
Thanks
Sue
