Auto, i was looking for a manual GTI but they were pretty hard to find and...
for $6k this one fit the bill. The vw has a much bigger cargo are than youd
imagine, and they run with the other hot hatches so fun rides. By the time i
could call on one it was gone.
First day out tho i was glad i ended up with a pickup, hauling shovels, gas
powered grass trimmer, gas can and hauled some bags of trash off the lot...
none of which id really have wanted inside the cabin of a car.
Will keep an eye out for a set of wheels and tires but other than that its
ready for work
Thanks
Brian

Nice! Manual or Auto? I am glad I have a daily driver now, the little
Subaru gets 30-33 mpg. Downside is I have to watch other vehicles like I am
a motorcyclist - they merge over like I'm not there.

Ha! Still no luck with that guy who “owns” the grandpas elky, reached out
again a couple times and will keep trying so he knows im interested. Its
gonna take a lot to get that one back to life i think.
Found this at a nearby dealer marked call for price, it was posted on
friday. Monday morning i met my salesperson there as they opened the door,
and he drove it home a half hour later. Its a 2007 canyon 2wd base, just a
step above the WT 😂 so no power locks or windows. 21,000 miles, and in like
new condition except some minor hail damage. Perfect for my beater. The
sierra hasnt moved in 2 weeks! I love driving this little terd, tho the
mileage isnt as good as i hoped. Been getting right at 20mpg.
