As long as you are in the USA!!

Notice the first link on the page Frank? Hits home for me, although I
don't know how minimally invasive this is gonna be.

I think that is what I really like about living here. You can have your
McMansion right next to a double wide and no one cares. Houses are valued
on what they have, not where they are.

Our neighborhood is our colonial, a large ranch with horses (barns, etc),
a cutie of a log cabin and a little rambler on 22 acres Oh, yeah, we
also have the foundation of the old slaughterhouse. <G> Here it's okay to
have a great big new house next to a little 1909 farmhouse. It's about
people, not what they live in.

Actually im not sure what you meant, but it helps to keep neighborhoods in
line, they are a good thing in my mind.
If I were selling a $400,000 walkout ranch with stone across the front, 4
car garage, cement lap siding, top of the line alum clad windows…. And
some schmo was putting up a split entry with hardboard sheet siding no brick,
vinyl windows 2 car built in garage….etc Mine would never sell-
