David, you do, in fact, have to reply to the second message you get from Freelists to confirm your subscription so if Alan or Ian haven't done this, I suppose that's why they're not getting through. Don't know much about Freelists so can't really say. No problems at the eye clinic. All went according to plan and I should have the finished articles in about eight weeks the fitter said. It didn't take as long as he thought and he let me out in just over two hours. One more step to go and that's it ! !
