I feel that Dimitris (Russia) reply was different than the one depicted in 
Makis table, that’s why I tried to clarify it.

1. Does a retreat which leads an enemy corps/army crossing an Austrian border 
province triggers the placement of Austria insurrection corps in the Austrian 
border province?    Y
2. Assuming that statement 1 is true, can the Austrian insurrection corps be 
placed in the area of the border province that the enemy forces retreat?   Y
3. Assuming that statement 2 is true, should the enemy forces further withdraw 
following the standard withdrawal procedure?     Y
