You are just making the situation worst for you...
The guarantor as it implied by his title is there to guarantee.
This does not mean that the original agreement among the respective parties is
not valid even if the guarantee is no longer valid.
You decided to break your commitment and you did in a manner that is
counterintuitive to the arguments you provided when you answered the French
call vs Russia, that is you invited a nation to reply a call without even
establishing a minimum discussion in advance.
Consequently, your approach is more similar to an act of vengeance rather than
an honest “call”.
You make your own legacy.

It is exactly the opposite. Russia was not part of the agreement, so the
declaration from GB is unprovoked. How should I accept as guarantor a nation
that has declared war on me???? I was fully committed to this agreement. Don't
try to twist things to your liking, but this is another sign of your desperate
situation. I wont argue more on this though.

We are disappointed that Spain did not remain committed to his agreement. The
British decision to declare war is not relevant to what was agreed between the
respective parties. Therefore we may not remain allied to an unreliable nation.
Austria declines the call

We are really saddened by this unprovoked declaration of war. IT is obvious the
British leader has lost his focus and is making desperate moves. So be it.
Britain was the guarantor of our agreement with Prussia, we therefore conclude
that this declaration negates this agreement.
Spain calls Austria and Turkey to fight on our side!
