Alhamdudillah!
Selim the Third is no more. May Mustafa the Fourth lead the Empire to its glory
destined by Allah!

Selim led our dominant Empire to instability. His so called reforms paved the
way to the attachment to the revolutionaries in France and an involvement in a
war to support foreign interests. Disillusioned by the manipulative Napoleon,
weakened and disgraced; that is the condition of our people when the Czar dared
to act opportunistically and threatened our Empire with war. The same Empire
that always acted to the best interests of the Russian people. Its pathetic
casus; the opening of the Bosporus - only to find an ally in the same people
that crossed it and led ruin to Russia.

The Czar rejected not only an extension of the peace treaty between our Empires
but also the ceding of Denmark (only an excuse to wage war), rendering his
warmongering nature brighter than than the sun. Therefore, we found ourselves
asking; what will stop the Czar to invade our lands when he's done with Prussia
and Austria? Selim III even dared entering discussions with him to manipulate
our people into supporting his interests and wage war in the name of Russian
imperialism... Praised be Allah to bless our country with a leader capable of
protecting her interests! Prussia and Austria shall find an ally ready to stand
for the weak when threatened and outnumbered both in the East and the West!

The Ottoman Empire never seeks war but woe to those who dare threaten our
sovereignty! We shall not find rest until the Czar is replaced by a leader
worthy of her proud people and not an arriviste jingoist.
