In practice I've moved 3 parts from the bar to the toolbar:
- auto scroll, which is now scroll lock (inverted meaning), mimicking the
default eclipse console functionality
- clear
- scope filter

I believe this makes the serial monitor UI cleaner and closer to the
eclipse console.

If you like this UI I'll keep it along the library manager tree.

Keep up the good work guys, April's Fool is arriving ;-)
