Hi Oscar!

One suggestion is to move all the thirdparty apps to a 'thirdparty' folder
inside the apps and keeping
all the e-cidadania specific apps together.
The directory structure will look as:

docs/
src/
   apps/
      thirdparty/
          userprofile/
          tagging/
          ...
      ecidadania/
          debates/
          news/
          ...
   core/
     ...
   e_cidadania/
     ...

The rest of the directory structure looks good to me too.
