We don't know a Mr Ibrahim - but we still get the occasional letter for the
previous owner of our house... and we moved here over 15 years ago!
When the letter looks important/official enough, we return it to the sender
(provided there is a return address on the envelope), but most of the time
it now lands in the waste paper...
