We have decided to raise some funds for the group by having a table top
sale at the AGM - bring something lovely ( or bring round to Chriss and
Gordons)- (or lots of things!!!) that you no longer want/need and some
cash (because you will be tempted to take something back HOME WITH
YOU!!!!) to the AGM -
all monies raised with be for the community ECCO pot
Date of the AGM is Oct 3rd

I received an email from the Council today regarding the ward pot grant
we applied for (for £380). We have been awarded part funding (£150) and
it will be paid into our account within the next 3 weeks. I am not sure
how this leaves the budget but if we do decide to reduce the number of
meetings in a year that would help. However more discussion needed.
I am on holiday for the AGM but will do the membership report.
