Hi,
I was wondering if anything can be done about the bush that overhangs the wall
on the corner of Rossington Road & Brocco Bank (on the opposite side of the
road to Brocco on the Park)? We walk or cycle that way to school and it nearly
caused an accident earlier this week. (Apologies for cycling down the footpath
but I don't think Brocco Bank is safe for cycling children).
The bush takes up so much of the footpath that it's hard to get around to look
for oncoming traffic from Rossington Road. If other people are walking up the
road it causes a bottle neck and people have to stop in the road. It's
especially dangerous because the crossing area with the bumps and sloping path
leans onto Brocco Bank and there is often a large puddle at the bottom.
Does anyone know the owners of the house? I'd happily get some shears out if
they are unable to do so!
