window lock prevented would be burglar entering our living room via the
front window a few years ago. They went up the road and broke into
another house instead
Lets hope your intruder has been put off trying again

I've heard someone try our windows and front door the past couple of
nights. Nothing too serious but a bit worrying. When Ive gone downstairs
they're gone. Any advice on a good security camera system or other
deterrents?
