I looked up 003 to find the country code and came across a website

said that there had been over 11,000 lookups for this number and 90
comments. 11 Users rated it as Dangerous, 7 Users rated it as Harassing:
in the reports "Amazon" came up 7 times with broadband and Microsoft.
0039 appears to be the country code for Italy.
