Hi Everyone,
We had a great visit at Xerox on Friday. The engineers loved playing
with our robots and we had a private tour of their facility. Most of
what they build are big robots.
The Vex team did very well on Saturday at the CSUN Jamboree. We were
the #1 undefeated alliance in the seeding rounds. We were the captain
of the #1 alliance, won the award for innovative design and won the
whole event.
I am taking Connor, Jeff, Jasmine and Cameron to Chatsworth on Wed.
We will meet in my room as sooon as mass ends. Bring Gray shirts, jeans
and shoes. Khakis are fine too. We will go to lunch as soon as
everyone get changed.
We will not be meeting on Thursday as school is closed. We are
giving a lunch time demonstration on Friday at Eaglemania. As soon as
classes get out on Friday we need to meet to bring up the robots, the
big Rack.Team shirts, orange or grey. Bring sunscreen. We will meet
until 4:45 to get some work done.
Have you RSVP'd to the Morgans for the team party on June 1?
When are elections?
Hawaii team: I need a short bio on each of you.
Your name, jobs on the team, years in the program,
hobbies outside of robotics, favorite food, how you got interested in
robotics, and anything else you would like for the teachers in Hawaii to
know about you. Also, stop by my room so I can take your photo.
