Are you starting out with a .dxp file?

Hi Donna,

Is your cursor at the very beginning of the document when you issue the
command?

Subject: [duxuser] translating documents

Good morning all,

I am using Duxbury 11.1 with a Juliet embosser. I have a document that I
need to emboss in grade 1 braille and double spaced. I am able to get it
double spaced, but on numerous occasions after doing alt 1, I can not get
the document in grade 1 braille. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Donna
