Maria, You need to ask your system administrator to give you Write access to
the Templates folder. I had this same situation at work.

We have Duxbury installed through a network. I have attempted to create a new
template and I get the following messages: Error writing new template file and
when I hit OK it says: Unable to create new template.
Could someone please help me with this issue.
