Julie, Hi. I prefer using MS Word with the MathType for preparing print for braille for mathematics over Scientific Notebook. This is a personal preference and I don’t have any criticism of Scientific Notebook. A MathType license is much less expensive and the general ed. teachers usually use MathType. I work with Nemeth a lot (print to braille) and would like some suggestions for what would be most helpful to have. What are the differences among Scientific Notebook, MathType, MathSpeak, etc.? Any information or experience would be appreciated. Thanks.
