hi george,
i have the margin problem with most documents i copy and paste from word
to duxbury as a duxbury print file, then translate to braille. i always
set margins in document rather than embosser, but still, the problem
prevails. it is something i am doing with the setting mathematically, i
fear, to result in every few lines on the left margin indenting to where
the binding space of 2 is, while the other lines are on the edge of the
paper.

There could be a variety possible issues here.
If this is with an existing document which you have already saved, you ideally should make these
changes in "Document: Embosser Setup" and not "Global: Embosser Setup".
This is because the embosser settings get saved with the document.
Can I suggest you look at this first?

i am having a problem setting my duxbury braille document margin. i want the
left binding margin to be set at 3 spaces evenly down the entire page, while my
right margin falls evenly down the page on the right with perhaps, an inch from
the edge of the paper. i am using 8.5x11-1/2-inch paper. my embosser is old. a
blazer, running on windows ten, jaws 17.
my files run too close to the left, leaving too much unused space on the right,
and some lines indent on the left throughout the document rather than keeping
the same margin throughout.
any help would be great.
