I just received a copy of version 11.1. there are only three pages of Spanish
in this document the other half is in English. The user will be using Spanish
as in America.

Thank you,

Hi Lisa,

One or two questions?

What version of DBT do you have?

Is the whole document in Spanish?

Does the braille reader want Spanish as used in Spain, or as used in America?
(I suspect the latter)

The following is for 11.1, but will apply in some earlier versions.

If it's Spanish as in Spain, simply start a new document in DBT and select the
Spanish Template. The create your document.

If it's as used in America, open the document in DBT, and highlight the Spanish
Text. Then from the Layout Menu, select "Apply Style" and then select the
"spanish" Style.

Translate, and all being well, Spanish rules will have applied.

George.

never done this before and would appreciate the help or any advice you all can
