thank you for your reply. let me further provide you with details
about our problem. from duxbury, i read that it supports immpacto
advanced and impacto 600. ours is impacto texto which i feared not to
be supported. the embosser has a software called impacto win. but, we
did not want that software because it doesn't support our language.
nor it seems to have contracted Braille.
coming back to duxbury, we are unable how to set up the embosser
first. which embosser should we choose? when we choose thiel texto, it
brings error message. the error message is as follows: "Embossing
failed due to an error at line816 of file dxemp_job.c:incorrect
function. [1/0x00000001]"
we have used window XP and duxbury 10.6. the latest version does not
seem to work with XP. the impacto texto does not also seem to work
with window 7. that is why we choose XP and 10.6. can you please find
us a solution? our old embosser is facing problems. so finding a
solution for our impacto texto Braille is a great cure.

If you have DBT already installed, you can possibly get a 45 day fully
working evaluation.
The list of embossers includes two versions of ONCE Impacto.
If you still find problems, please provide exact details. Be assured they
will be investigated.
I should add that we did not find any issues ourselves here in the UK with
the early models of Impacto.
