Hi Jeanne,
It's almost certainly one of two problems. Either you have a bad batch of
paper, or your Juliet needs a service.
You'd be best to contact your embosser dealer in the first instance I would
suggest.

I use a Juliet pro60 embosser and sometimes notice that some dots in a cell
here and there are not as sharp as others. Any suggestions as to what it could
be?
