[duxuser] query about braille transcribing

Hi
I have a query about special symbols but it is not strictly a dbt
query and it's too late in the day to word it in such a way that it
would be.
I'm caught up in the rules of braille formats and would like some
clarification.
I also have a query about whether or not something should be done in
computer braille.
Can anyone recommend a good transcribers list where I could ask
non-dbt related braille queries? Or can I ask that sort of thing here
too?
