If the error signal is coming from your embosser and not DBT, then it's extremely unlikely that there is a problem with DBT.

You or your tech representative should contact your embosser dealer or manufacturer to see if there is a problem with your paper sensor or sheet feeder.

When I emboss a document from Duxbury only about 10 lines print per page, then my embosser tells me I am out of paper. My tech. representative said the issue is probably with Duxbury and not the embosser, but she isn't sure how to fix the issue within Duxbury - any ideas? Thanks
