Milton’s advice to open the Word file in DBT is definitely the easiest way to
get the paragraph format you want If you open the file and find that your
paragraphs are not indented Press F8 to open the Apply Style window then b for
body.
If you’ve already made changes in the DBT file that you don’t want to lose you
can stay in DBT and use find and replace. Press F6 to open the replace dialog
box. When you said you want to change double spaces do you mean 2 hard returns?
If so, pressing F9 allows you to enter a code. Type a less than symbol for the
force a new line code, arrow right once to move the cursor out of the code’s
square brackets then control open square bracket to allow you to type less than
again. In the replace field put in one force new line code - press either F9
or control open square bracket then less than. Right arrow once, then add two
spaces.

You can do that in both the Document menu under Embosser and Global menu
under Embosser.
