Sorry to disappoint you, but Duxbury don't sell braille paper.
I would suggest you Google for "braille paper usa" which brings up a whole
list of suppliers.
And yes, normally measurements are for the overall size. However, be aware
that not all offerings have removable (tear-off) tractor feeds, should you
wish to punch and bind what you emboss. Some suppliers also supply paper
which is either punched for ring binders, or comb punched for more long term
material.

Trying to order paper for the above embosser, Can anyone advise what the
size is? The paper measures 11.5 wide and 11 inch long. Not sure if when
you order if you include the tractor feed edges or not.
