Hello Tim,
Technically that is true but you do have two installs.
If you are moving to a new computer, the best thing is to remove the
registration from the old computer then activate the new one. You do need to
know your license information to do all of this.
Should you have trouble, you will have to wait until Monday when support is
available for them to help.

Subject: [duxuser] moving duxbury 12.4 from one windows machine to another
Am I correct that a personal license for duxbury can only be on one machine
at one time? Am I correct that I need to unassign the license from the old
machine and then activitate dxb on the new machine using the code found in
the "About" pull down. Any tips for a technophobe worried about losing his
copy of duxbury would be greatly appreciated!
