I'm using the Word template and DBT 10.6. I'm working on a document that displays text within less than and greater than symbols. In print, there are no spaces between the symbols and the word they enclose. I know these symbols as dots 5 13, and dots 46 2 respectively. I think those are the mathematical symbols. When I import the document into DBT, the symbols come up as dots 56 236, and dots 356 23. I've never seen these and want to know which symbols to use. Also, if I attempt to use the mathematical symbols through using the Nemeth toolbar in Word, there is a forced space between the symbols and the letters they enclose. I don't want spaces. This document also uses the print right double angle bracket to represent the use of the tab in print. What is the braille character for that? This document is for my own use, so I'm not all that fussy about everything being letter perfect. But I do want it mostly right. Can anyone help out with these symbols? Jean "Life is pleasant.
