[duxuser] layout

Has anyone had trouble with layout of files and Index Basic-d embossers and
Duxbury 10.5? The layout looked correct on the screen, but when I went to
emboss the file, it was totally messed up. I changed my embosser selection
to a generic one, and everything worked fine.
