If you are using the Index D5 embosser, set your paper size to 11 by
11.5 on the embosser.
In Duxbury set your document, embosser to 8.5 by 11, 30 characters per
line, 25 lines per page, top margin to 1, binding margin to 3 and that
should fix it.

I want to emboss on 8.5-inch by 11-inch paper. I am using an Index
embosser. For some reason when I change my paper to letter size in DBT
11.3 it starts the embossing about 5 lines down from the top of the
page. It does not do this if I change the paper to 11 by 11.5 inch.
All the rest of my settings appear to be the same.
Any help would be appreciated.
I want to be able to fit what I need on 8.5 inch wide paper, and it
certainly can be done. But, I can't get it to emboss correctly since
once it starts embossing 5 lines from the top of the first page than
everything else is off!
