My question is then: because I couldn't upgrade to 10.4 owing to
circumstances beyond my control, as I said yesterday unless they bring down
their upgrade fee equal to K1000, guess I am again not being able to
upgrade to Duxbury. Unfortunately, unlike off the shelf software, which
people can purchase or not, Duxbury has the monopoly here as there isn't
another braille software out there.
