Subject: [duxuser] importing word documents in to duxbury

Hi

I'm trying to import a word document into dbt. When I've done this
before I haven't had any problems, but with this particular document,
I am selecting textbook format and word 6 or later. when I hit enter
for dbt to begin importing, I get "error message 714". If I let dbt
choose the importer it goes to other. I don't understand why this is.
I've tried opening the document in word and have no problems there.

Has anyone had this happen and how did you fix it? I don't want to
paste the document in to dbt and manually insert codes if I can help
it. Is there something hidden in the word document which dbt doesn't
like? What would tell it to use the "other" importer when it normally
chooses word for all other documents like this?

Thanks.

Teri
