I was wondering the same thing. I'm having the same word-hyphenating issues. What I did was to set the embosser's character limit to the some of the characters perline you wish and the binding margin. For examble, if you have a binding margin of 1 character and you wish 32 characters per line, set your embosser (if possible) to thirty-three characters. Mind, I am using Index embossers, so this milage may vary.
