Hi Gary, It might be an idea to take a look at your autocorrect options (Format menu) in Word and make sure that in the "Autoformat as you type" tab, the check box labelled "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks" is checked. When you then type an e-mail or web address, it will automatically become a Hyperlink, which in turn DBT will deal with accordingly when you import the file.
