Is it a Header or a Heading? Subtle Difference. If it's a Heading,
it sounds like you may have a blank line in your original file between
the heading and paragraph.

Hi all,
When I continue a story or new questions in textbook transcription,
there is a blank space on the next page after the header. I have
looked at all of the codes previously entered, but they seem AOK. This
is Volume 3. It did not happen in the previous volumes. Does anyone
have a clue?
