[duxuser] extra blank lines at bottom of page with long table

When transcribing long tables (ex. 50 rows), DBT automatically inserts
the header rows at the top of the 2nd page and on which is really
convenient. However, on the first page of the table, line 25 is blank,
and on the subsequent pages lines 24 and 25 are blank.
Does anybody know a way to suppress these blank lines or why they are
happening?
