Dear George,
Currently we have an Index Everest D4 which we bought about 8 years ago, and we
are consider to send it over for servicing and also firmware upgrade because we
never took the risk to update the firmware so I have the following questions:
1 how much such embosser servicing cost approximately?
2. where we should send it for servicing? Please provide an address and job
number for reference.
Also if we feel that servicing the existing embosser isn’t feasible, we are
consider to buy a brand new braille embosser with similar capabilities of the
index Everest d v4 for sure we are looking for an embosser that have the
following capabilities:
1. Interpoint embossing
2. A4/A3 paper capability printing.
Network or wifi connectivity.
Low noise operation or providing a silence aquistic hood.

What country are you based in?
I ask because while UEB is now pretty much universal, formatting, or braille
layout, is a national/country by country issue.
Many countries will follow others, so check with your braille authority if you
have one.
Duxbury has many UEB Templates, and many have either been created, or being
modified accordingly.

Good day,
Would anyone have any tips to help me to get my page numbers to Braille in the
upper righthand corner? I've checked in my menu under documents, page
numbering, but I only have buttons to check for the other four corners. Bottom
right is my second choice but not where I want to have them appearing. Any
ideas on how to make this an option I can select would be appreciated.
