[duxuser] convert pokadot to duxbury

Someone sent me a file in pokadot with an extension of .dat Is there a way I
can convert this to Duxbury? I was able to open the file but all I saw were
letters, numbers and symbols that did not make sense to me.
I have 10.4 and am using Windows XP. I am sighted and can read the braille only
with the translation line lit.
