I'm going to echo what George said.
Windows 10 came out after DBT 11.1 sr4 so there was no opportunity to test
DBT 11.1 sr4 it with Windows 10.
So we can't say everything will work as expected.
For that reason we recommend caution updating to Windows 10 if you have
anything older than DBT 11.2. This precaution isn't unique to DBT. It's
common to any software package when a newer OS is released.

Broadly speaking, what works on Windows 8, generally works on Windows 10.
However always bear in mind that any software released before a new version
of Windows may not always work as expected.
