[duxuser] Turning on/off automatic dot 5 splitting of websites across lines?

Greetings

I am using Duxbury and it automatically decides where is a good place to add a 
dot 5 to split a website across lines.

My colleague seems to have a situation where the translator is not 
automatically adding the dot 5 and splitting across lines but is taking the 
whole website to the next line.

Anyone know where/how to determine whether this is activated or not?
