The documents I was working from used dot 6 for capitals. Is this not standard for French braille? Anyway, I did eventually discover that 4-6 produced caps on translation, so I changed all dot 6's in the files to dot 4-6 and re-translated. Thanks for responding. Of course these capital signs will appear with dots 4-6 since you work with a French table. In that way you do not need to replace all English capital signs with French ones. Better save your energy! I'm very distressed that DBT does so without capitals! I notice in the translation table list that some of the languages specify with or without capitals. Not the French translation table. Is there a solution to this? Can I somehow get it to correctly translate the French accented letters WITH the capitals? Thanks.
