If you go to the website www.nfb.org/transcribers this will take you to the
website were to can take a free course to become cert. in literary braille.
This is assuming you are an American Citizen.

Try NLS <http://www.loc.gov/nls/> .  I took my course to be certified in
transcribing literary braille through them years ago & received my refresher
course through NBA <http://www.nationalbraille.org/> .  You can check both
to see what they have to offer.  APH <http://www.aph.org/>  may be another
resource you'll need for materials.  The CNIB <http://www.cnib.ca/en/>  is a
also a resource for individuals in Canada.
