Good morning George. My response is in the message below.
Just to confirm, I have Microsoft 365 the latest version.
Thanks so much.

Hi Paul,
Could you confirm a few things please? Sorry to ask, but we are finding some
subtle differences in places.
1) Operating System? Windows 10
2) Version of Word? 2016
3) 2014 or 2015 BANA Template? 2015
4) Version of DBT? 12.1
George

Subject: [duxuser] Templates loading in Draft View
Hello everybody. I hope that you're having a joyous holiday season. When I
create a word document for any reason, I load the bana template. Here are
the steps that I follow.
1. Open Microsoft Word.
2. Load the bana template with the Alt+b,d,t key tip.
When the template loads, it's in Draft view. I discovered this last week
because I noticed that JAWS would often crash and would have to reload. Once
I switched the view to Print, everything worked normally. Is there a reason
that this is happening? Can I change the default behavior if I choose to do
so?
Thanks so much.
Paul
