Yup. I've had the same problem ever since I installed Duxbury 12.1. Swift 5.2
has always given me that error message. It's been about a year and a half now.
Uninstalling, re-installing Swift doesn't help. Maybe Swift 5.2 doesn't work
well with Word 2013 on a Windows 7 machine.
It's very frustrating.

I too have problems with swift. (I’m sure I had the error mentioned in a
previous email)
I have to reinstall swift every time I shutdown my computer. Sometimes even
with a log-off. I am on a network, but word, Duxbury, and swift are all
installed on my computer.
I have Word 2016, Duxbury 12.3 , Windows 7 Pro, and Swift 5.2.
I am just dealing with my issue, again, because we can not remember what we did
to solve it previously…but I do believe it had something to do with my profile
on the network. IT is too backed up to help anytime soon, here.
